In the US state of California, medicinal marijuana has been legalized in 1996. In more recent court rulings in California, they ruled that “a reasonable amount of medicinal marijuana” cannot be specified to a specific amount of marijuana.
After that rule there have been tons of marijuana cases thrown out in court until now it’s very difficult to even arrest someone for smoking the reefer.
Is medicinal marijuana prescribed in Canada and how does it work, is it by province?
